Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If there is an issue with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to contact us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately at hello@lumivip.co.uk with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, mounted, or show signs of use cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@lumivip.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
