What is the return policy?
We offer a 30 days return policy. If you're not happy with your LUMI for any reason contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
Are any purchases final sale?
No. Everything we sell can be returned within 30 days provided its unused and in its original condition.
When will I get my order?
UK orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail Tracked.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every LUMI is designed and hand built in Newcastle, UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on all UK orders over £20.
Does it work with Alexa or Google home?
Not currently. LUMI is controlled through the free WLED app, available on IOS and Android.
What WiFi do I need?
LUMI requires a 2.4GHz network. Most home routers support this, if yours is 5GHz only, check your router settings as most can run both simultaneously.
Can I make it longer?
Yes! Add a Booster Pack to extent to any length. Each Booster Pack connecrs seamlessly via the bayonet connector system.
Is it safe to leave on?
Yes. LUMI runs cool and is designed for continuous use.
What's in the box?
LUMI tube, electronics housing, power supply and mounting hardware.
